Astroturf Cage & Wall Ball Completed!
Phase one of the Turloughmore GAA Development – our Astroturf and Ball Wall – has been completed by our contractors PST, with just the goalposts now to be erected. The ramp was the final piece to be completed. The ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic means it cannot be used yet but the Astro & Ball Wall will become a huge asset for the Club. Online Bingo going well
As we outlined last time, a balance of €70,000 remains on the Astro Project. It is our aim to fundraise now and have it cleared before we commence Phase Two of the Development, which is the purchase of the lands. Our first fundraising venture has been Turloughmore Online Bingo (Thursday nights at
8.00pm) and it has proved to be very popular. It has raised €7,200 in the first month for the Development so THANKS to all our Bingo Players. You can buy your books on this site to play in next week’s game.
